Job Description
We are seeking a technically skilled and dependable Slot Technician to support the operation of electronic gaming equipment in a fast-paced casino environment. The ideal candidate should have strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills and be able to diagnose, maintain, and repair slot machines and related equipment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair slot machines and related equipment.
Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and equipment-related problems.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
Install, configure, test, and maintain gaming equipment as required.
Repair or replace components, wiring, displays, power supplies, and other equipment components.
Safely use diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
Read technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation.
Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions.
Document maintenance and repair work as required.
Maintain organized tools, parts, and work areas.
Work professionally around guests and casino personnel.
Follow all applicable security, safety, regulatory, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Slot Technician, Electronics Technician, Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar technical role is preferred.
Casino gaming-equipment experience is highly desirable.
Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting abilities.
Experience using multimeters and diagnostic equipment is preferred.
Ability to understand schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
Reliable transportation to Niagara Falls.
Must be able to satisfy applicable background, licensing, and pre-employment requirements.
