Job Description
We are seeking dependable and motivated Culinary, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage Workers to join a fast-paced hospitality team in Niagara Falls, NY. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment and understand the importance of cleanliness, food safety, quality, and excellent guest service.
Depending on the position and experience, responsibilities may include food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, kitchen support, serving, bussing, banquet support, and other food and beverage duties.
Responsibilities
Prepare food and ingredients according to established procedures.
Assist cooks and culinary staff with daily kitchen operations.
Maintain clean and organized workstations.
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
Follow proper food-handling and sanitation procedures.
Assist with stocking and replenishing food and supplies.
Support food and beverage service during high-volume periods.
Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards.
Provide professional and courteous service to guests.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
Perform additional kitchen and food-service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous culinary, restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food-service experience is preferred.
Experience in high-volume environments is an asset.
Knowledge of basic food-safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical duties.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the Niagara Falls area.
Must be willing and able to complete applicable pre-employment requirements.
