Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and proper installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency with common plumbing tools and equipment (cutting, threading, fitting, and testing)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for leaks, clogs, pressure issues, and fixture malfunctions
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other trades and supervisors
