Qualifications: - Proven experience in interior construction, remodeling, or finish carpentry
- Strong proficiency in drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and millwork
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various indoor environments
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
